Wrong chairs were sent. Wayfair customer service is awful and doesn’t really want to help people. I ordered white and ivory white was sent. I asked several times if the chairs came in a true white or if ivory white was the standard color, she said they come in a true white and I was sent the wrong chairs. I asked why those options didn’t show on the app and she said if they send me the wrong ones again I can just deal with another return. Awful. I just wish someone actually had some basic morals and cared to get correct information to paying customers.

Beautiful stools. They came carefully packaged and not a mark on anything. Very sturdy.

We are extremely happy with our new barstools. They are made extremely well. And they were carefully packed in their boxes that arrived by FedEx. They are heavy duty so I won’t have to worry about a heavier person sitting in them. I would recommend paying the 75 to have the legs put on. It did take a while to put them on.
