Real wood and real glass mirrors.

The cabinet is attractive and looks as advertised. I’ve definitely assembled furniture with better instructions. The sheets are low resolution and lacks sufficient detail. It is possible to deduce the orientation of each piece by reading ahead, however. The stickers of part numbers are not placed on hidden sections and they don’t cleanly peel off. In one case I damaged the finish trying to scrub off the adhesive. In another case the veneer is so thin that attaching a piece caused faint scratches. The back mirrors rattle, but is easily fixed with cardboard shims. The holes are properly drilled and the pieces are labeled and all arrived intact. No tools are included, but a Phillips screwdriver with an average shaft is all that’s needed. In addition to cleaners to gently remove the sticker adhesive and maybe some furniture dye to repair any scratches. The glass doors need some adjustment to fit perfectly. Not hard, but the instructions don’t indicate exactly where to place the hinges. I was surprised that the top and bottom halves are not bolted together, just held with gravity and a pair of wooden pins. Nevertheless, the completed unit is attractive and seems sturdy. If one wanted, drilling holes for lights would be simple. Each glass shelf can be in one of three heights.

This curio is worth the money spent. I was able to put it together by myself. Very well made, not pressed wood! I would definitely recommend.
