Our experience was awful. Not only did the chase-lounger arrive defective and they agreed it could not be assembled, but Wayfair told us they would only refund 25% of the original purchase price for an ~ $400+ item. Wow. Sounds like a scam to me. Long story short I think they refunded my full purchase price, but the hassle was several days in the making and we were not even offered a $5 discount coupon for their shortcoming (yet they will offer me a $5 coupon for sharing my feedback?). We do not plan to order from Wayfair again due to the pain and suffering.
