Tabouret de comptoir Bryce

Very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered three bar stools, and one arrived defective. I returned it, but the replacement was in even worse condition—it appeared used and arrived scratched and damaged. I expected new products in good condition. Having to deal with this twice has been frustrating, and I’m very dissatisfied with the quality and the replacement process.

Chairs were as pictured, good quality materials, all the parts were there and good directions. However while attempting to assemble it was painfully clear that the manufacturer did not drill holes in the seatcushion in the correct places and there were massive misalignments for all four screws. We were unable to assemble the 4 chairs. Very disappointing. We returned them and Wayfair credited our account and were contacting the manufacturer regarding the lack of quality in their manufacturing.

I ordered 3 of these and love them! Despite receiving 1 chair with missing pieces twice. Once I received the replacement, I was satisfied with my decision on this purchase. They are sturdy, good quality, and look very nice.

Gorgeous

These are gorgeous, they matched perfectly with the design and decor I have in my kitchen and love how elegant and strong they look and feel. Super easy to assemble, less than 30 min for all three. Great price and quality, Highly recommend
