The couch itself is super cute. Cushions are firm, but I prefer that. The issue we had was with shipping. The couch arrived in multiple badly damaged boxes, with more than one hole in the couch. Wayfair provided a replacement (though replacement boxes were not in perfect condition). We then had to disassemble, reassemble, repackage and return several fairly heavy boxes to FedEx. The possibility of damage and dealing with this return process makes me hesitant to order large pieces in the future.
