I love my sofa cause I can rearrange it a few different ways n still enjoy the comfort n space n get so many compliments on the color

This was my 1st time using Wayfair and my experience was great. I Absolutely love my sectional & the Color. It matches my dining set Perfectly. My order was split up in two so I received 4 boxes 1 day and 2 boxes the next day but received ALL of it in less than a week from when I placed my order. (which was the day of Hurricane Milton & I was told there would be delays because of the hurricane but it still came sooner than expected which made me very happy). When I received the 1st 4 boxes I started to put it together that night at like 11:25pm ish and I realized none of those boxes had the assembly instructions so I called the customer service line and they told me the instructions were most likely in the other boxes I hadn’t received yet but she still put in the request for it and told me the response time was 24-48hours but I was literally emailed the instructions in less than 10mins of that Call w/ the customer service rep which also made me very happy because I was able to put those pieces together that night as I wanted too! Just on overall Great experience❤️ I’ll definitely be ordering more stuff from here very soon because I still need a Tv Stand and Area Rug! SN: I only gave it 4 stars because one of the back boards isn’t as sturdy as it should be/the rest of them and I think it may be because one of the screws was different from the others. I still used it just had to use a screwdriver to tighten it instead of the provided Allen wrench

The Emmett 6 piece sectional is comfortable and easy to rearrange. It’s fun to mess around with a couple of arrangements for awhile and see if we need a change or not. It’s the most favorite couch and most used in the family.

The quality of the wood is really bad. The screws are longer than the wood thickness, so look at the pictures.

Very comfortable and easy to clean, I wish the connections to the separate modules was more secure instead of two metal rods, however very happy with the purchase
