The drawers are not soft close drawers. This is pressed wood with high gloss paint to look metal. The reason for 3 stars and not 1 is the drawers really so line up and look good.

This is a sturdy and beautiful product, but the color was much darker than appeared on the website. It is a very dark navy, rather than the blue with gray undertones that shows in the photos. I have to return the product since it’s not the right color

I would have loved these cabinets. I purchased 2. They look great and after assembling the first, I was so happy. The second, not happy at all. The drawers don’t close to the same depth. It looks cheap, which it is not. Worse, the top drawer sticks on one side. Every time I use it, it aggravates anew. I would like to know if a replacement, or a replacement of parts would help. SAD.

It’s gorgeous and was easy to assemble. My only issue is the rails to hold the drawers which are preassembled aren’t correctly aligned so the drawers won’t close. I’m going to contact wayfair to resolve. But other than that it is great
