I'm giving this a 4 star because the vendor and Wayfair did work to remedy the problem I had with this item. They were packed very well. There was no damage in shipment. The chairs upholstered back and seat had plastic over them to protect them which I kept on while putting together to keep it clean. When I pulled off the covers I noticed some staining on them. I tried wiping it off but that didn't work. The vendor was excellent about responding to my concerns and offered a replacement with shipment back of the original ones. The chairs are very firm so if you like a very firm dining chair these will suit you. The seat is large. They are nice looking chairs (minus the stain). If you should receive them and have a problem, from my experience they will take it seriously and offer a solution. I gave a 4 because of the initial problem. For response to a problem, I'd give them a 5. The first picture shows the stain on back.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Sturdy and wide chairs. Easy to assemble. Seats are firm and comfortable to sit in. Easy to clean. Has a high back which is supportive. Vegan leather has an iridescent look too!! Elegant and sophicated chairs. Recommend

The set of two side chairs arrived quickly and in two boxes. Packaged heavily in styrofoam. The Chairs have Mirrored metal-chrome. Generous width seat. The seat and back of chairs are white. Fabric is slick and should be easy to wipe clean. My plans are for use at my double vanity. I would recommend a sheet or something to catch all the styrofoam while unboxing. It was a mess.

Very beautiful high end chairs very formal but love the color combination with the silver and the off white very good quality and would highly recommend very like modern with a palace like look definitely stand out ina good way
