PATHETIC DISGUSTING RIDICULOUS service by WAYFAIR !!!!!!!! I ordered a GREY sofa set on 053125 but i got a BEIGE sofa set on 06052025. And for that i complained and it was said that we will ship a replacement grey sofa set but its not shipped for almost 10 days. And the top they are not cancelling my order and giving refund. If you dont have the grey sofa set on hand then why its showing in stock and sending a wrong colour n offering discounts.Thats really really bad.

I bought 2 sofa sets—they’re beautiful and very unique! I love them . They look even better in person than in the pictures. I really like the material—it’s easy to clean, but it also gets dirty easily . Overall, I love everything about these sofas. However, my armchair and loveseat had some damage to the couch base. Since we had already opened and set them up, it was a tough decision to return them, so I decided to accept the damage.
