Save yourself the headache with this low quality bed and terrible Wayfair customer support. Bed arrived with hole in fabric on headboard (since it was the rear of the headboard, I didn’t immediately return). All of the components of the box seemed a mess - including all of the hardware which had broken out of the bag it was shipped in and was all over the box. The most disappointing this is the quality of the bed. The wood is terribly low quality. One of the bed slats is broken at the end. One of the side support legs was broken down the middle. I never got a replacement for the bed slat. The replacement leg I needed arrived after 2 weeks of waiting and was the incorrect piece. I ultimately decided to return the bed. Note: wayfair will not schedule return delivery and you will be left with a dysfunctional bed to dispose of or donate as you wish. I refuse to throw out a piece of furniture. The also cannot donate something I know is broken… so now I’m left searching for a bed and trying to find parts for this bed so I can donate it! After having great wayfair experiences in the past, this has been quite eye opening. Not everything is quality. And it’s a nightmare for larger pieces of furniture. I will generally steer clear of wayfair for these types of purchases in the future.

So the first bed came and was missing half the pieces, they sent me a new bed and this one was undamaged and was fine for a month or so. Today my daughter sat on the bed and the wood on the side rail broke off and the slat fell through, took the mattress off and all of the center supports had fallen out and some of them are cracked. Now I am having to deal with Allstate about repairs

Worst!!! The side rail leg came broken. There are no internal cap nut for bolt to fit into the side rail pieces.

This bed is not worth the money! I ordered a NEW bed - not one that was an open box offer but when it arrived the box was torn up and I am surprised that some of the pieces were not missing. We tried to put it together and NONE of the holes lined up where the screws were supposed to go. One of the side pieces had a bent metal tab and some of the slats were warped. The middle leg supports did not support the bed and one of the legs' inserts came completely out. The middle leg supports would not hold someone sitting on the bed. I really deserved to get my money back but I do not have the energy to box it back up but I am hoping Wayfair will do something to compensate me for this bed that is pretty much trash.
