I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to assemble. I initially put it aside for a while, too busy, and thought it would be daunting to put together. The instructions were clear, and the parts were quality enough to fit together well. It looks great and is just what I wanted!

I would give wayfair FIVE stars except for the assembly portion. The headboard came two days early - great! Arrived in good condition and awaited instruction from Angi, who was putting the headboard together. Headboard arrived Saturday, Angi was to come to my house to assemble on the following Thursday. On Thursday got an email stating needed to reschedule for the following Saturday . I have assembled so many items that this time I was willing to pay to have it assembled. Long story short, a friend helped me in assembling the headboard (truth be told, he did 95% of it). The instructions are so precise anyone can assemble these items. Don’t waste your money. I love the headboard and will order from Wayfair in the future.

My daughter LOVES this headboard. She is the most excited about the LED lights and being able to plug in her screens right by her head. I wish it connected to the bed with a bolt or in some way but overall it looks exactly as I was expecting.

If you are new to assembling furniture this is not for you. The instructions, just to start are so succinct that it took me two hours to figure out how to "insert the quickfit screws" -- instead of saying to use the screwdriver to screw in the "quickfit screws", in the holes provided on the board. (The holes are considerably smaller than the screws.) There was nothing quick about the "insertion" process. There are some 100 of these, so by the time I finished I both learned how to do it and practically broke my wrists. Without better instructions it took me all day (and quite a few frustrating outbursts) to finish the job. It turned out OK by the end.
