Box was damaged Parts missing and cant assemble Less than a month of barely using it, the bed started to break. No response on replacement

This bed itself is beautiful- only 4 stars because I had horrible issues with delivery. Took nearly a month to receive all shipments for this single item, and had a duplicate piece sent that I didn’t need, and one of the other shipments was broken and. wayfair didn’t come pick back up and left the burden of figuring out what to do with a broken headboard.

I am actually upset. I purchased this bed on April 27th, it’s May 26th and I still havent received it. I was understanding of the lag time due to the COVID-19 however I received all my other items. I called customer service and they told me it was shipping from a NJ warehouse. Last week I called and they told me it was out of stock. Why would they allow me to purchase a bed out of stock, no one told me....now my 3 year old still doesn’t have a bed. Now they are saying I have to wait til possible June 25 for her to receive her bed. I’m very disappointed and of course no type of reconciliation was offered. Update Finally received the bed on June 18th...the actual bed is beautiful, just don’t get the trundle bc it’s worthless.

It is not bad but I think delivery were not careful as they should. It has a couple of scars on it.
