Bed is good quality and very easy to assemble..the dog likes it too

Received all the side of drawers with 3 11s and 1 12, but 12 is the same side as 11, the roller is all on the same side. Is there a way for anyone on Willa arlo to send us the side that is the 12.

I gave it 4 stars since it arrived cracked . It took 3 hours for a professional to put it together so go figure for a layman . it’s either him or just too complicated for him to put the storage drawers together . We noticed the headboard seemed bent on one side . At first I thought it was a pressure on the tufted headboard but than noticed the wood under had cracked and broken . So those who like their lines to be straight or just like things to appear in order that can be annoying . It catches attention . Aside from a delivery or shipping issue it’s a nice bed . I would give it 5 stars if it did not arrive broken and nuisance to change it . The storage is excellent . Love the velvet or suede . The seller was prompt in responding . That’s excellent customer service Wayfair .
