I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these chairs, especially considering the price. The materials used are very poor quality, and the fabric is exceptionally thin and fragile. Upon delivery, several areas of the fabric were already torn, exposing the wood underneath. The damage appears to have occurred simply from normal handling during shipping, which raises serious concerns about the durability and longevity of the product. The packaging was completely inadequate to protect the furniture. The box arrived torn, soaking wet, and heavily damaged on all sides. I submitted photos documenting the condition of the shipment. While shipping issues can happen, quality furniture should be packaged well enough to withstand normal transportation. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher level of craftsmanship and durability. Instead, these chairs feel cheaply made, poorly constructed, and significantly overpriced. If the fabric can peel and tear this easily before the chairs are even used, I have little confidence they will hold up over time. Based on my experience, I would not purchase this product again and cannot recommend it to others. The quality, packaging, and overall value simply do not justify the price.

I love it! The color is a tad darker than pictured. It’s a grey-blue microfiber and is very comfortable.
