Service was great and efficient, website was easy to use and great products to choose from with an exceptional range of prices.

I love this futon and Wayfair's customer service! Our first futon had arrived with the paper containing the assembly instructions lying ink side down on the white vinyl. Needless to say, the words were now permanently bonded with the vinyl. I was very disappointed and emailed customer service that night. The next morning I received an email from Wayfair expressing their apologies and state a new futon was on the way! I was so afraid there would be a hassle, but Wayfair made it easy! I love a company that cares about their customers. We are enjoying the new perfect futon we received! Wayfair rocks!

The only issue I have with this futon is that the cushion seems to be sagging in places. I am just worried about long term Pros: style Cons: durability
