These items shipped very quickly and arrived sooner than estimated. They were packed well an survived transport without damage. But one of the back panels had an attachment point that was mis-welded . It made the panel unusable. Customer service via chat was OK. They said they would send out a replacement but wouldn't overnight or expedite it. Later I received an email that it would take up to 3 days to confirm the part was available. No time table for shipping was given. They did a minor price adjustment. In general, I like the crates. They look good and seem sturdy. They answer my needs for storage and a media cabinet. But, I am not totally pleased with the poor quality control that delays my setting the sytem up completely. I don't like the delay in getting a replacement out. Further and final evaluation of these pieces and Wayfair is TBD.

Great shopping experience from beginning to end. Will be shopping Wayfair again!
