Love the chair! I've been looking for a comfy chair that has the right kind of adjustable arms for years, but not any more. When I'm doing data entry the arms fold out of the way so my elbow and shoulders aren't raised (which leads to bad neck problems). But I still have the option of the chair arms when I'm just surfing the internet and doing other casual desk tasks. Seat is also very comfy for sitting all day.

The chair feels ok, but not very relaxing on the back because it cannot be tilted backward.
