Not happy at all. Bed arrived today we were excited to put it together for family that was supposed to be arriving tomorrow and when we opened it to put it together there was no hardware and no directions. Now we have had to make different plans for our family to stay elsewhere. I saw another review today from someone just a few days ago that ordered the same bed and had the same issues when it arrived.

Sent it to my granddaughter for her birthday. Came in wrong color with multiple missing parts.

This product is missing the hardware and instructions. I am unable to assemble.

Is a cute bed. Its easy to put together, and I like that the trundle raises to become a queen sized bed. The downside is that the hardware doesnt match the white bed, so ends dont look great. This bed needs to be tucked into a space when both ends are facing a wall, or both ends are covered in stone way. The finials (the globe pieces on the head and foot rests) are also problematic. Once you put them on, do not try to take them off again, or they will just wobble there. There is absolutely no way to tighten them or remove them once they are installed. For this reason, this bed is not a very good bed for children because kids LOVE to fidget with finials.
