There were a lot of pieces to assemble, but if you lay them all out ahead of time it isnt that bad. I am a 51 year old woman and I put it together, by myself, in 3 hours. The hardest part was lifting it upright, as it weighs quite a bit. I might be a tad taller and stronger than the average woman, but if you keep physics in mind it is doable by yourself. If you have 2 people, it should be easier and quicker. I was a little aggravated by the fact 2 of the pre-drilled holes to secure one of the wheels were defective. This means one of the wheels is secured by only 2 bolts on one side (each wheel is attached by 2 legs that each have 4 bolts, so 8 bolts per wheel). However, the wheel with only 6 bolts appears to be as sturdy as the other wheel, so I stopped bothering with it. That was the only hiccup, and it seems to have been a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. This entertainment console is sturdy and good looking. It looks just like the picture, and Im extremely happy with it. If you have any mechanical aptitude whatsoever, this item isnt that difficult to assemble.

Good product. Just takes time to assemble.

I'm incredibly happy with this, it is unique, looks great, and is well constructed. I'm torn whether I would like the wheels to actually work or not, but anyone a little handy could make them 'real' wheels relatively easily.
