My only issue is that it is hard to reach things in the back of the shelf, because that part is blocked off a bit from the rollers on the bottom hitting the bar that keeps you from accidentally yanking the whole shelf out. Easy enough to avoid by not installing that piece, but you would risk losing stability. This is best for mass market paperbacks, as the shelves are not very deep. (I actually use it as a spice rack!)

I purchased two of these units two years ago. They were just what I was looking for. The pullouts only come about 3/4th of the way out so there is a bit of room that's wasted as you cannot reach it. After two years, the units are still holding up quite well. A bit of the paneling it bubbling at the front.

Looks better in the photo. Rickety, and doesn't open far enough. Mine was damaged on one side, and unfortunately it did not fit the space it was intended for. I will be donating it because it's too much trouble to disassemble and return.
