Extremely easy to put together and beautiful piece. Greta value for the money. It is very roomy inside.

I really wanted to like this item, but there were issues with the sideboard once we opened the box. First, the boards emitted a very strong chemical smell. I tried wiping down all the pieces to see if it would help, but the smell is still strong. As we placed the items together, we noticed sizable cracks in a few areas. One of them is pictured above. There were also a couple areas where the paint was scratchedchipped. The largest was on the front door. I can cover that with furniture marker. I see why this sideboard was on sale.

Excellent looking foyer table. It was easy to assemble and nothing was damaged during shipping. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good quality piece of furniture. This item had fast shipping as well.

Ugh - the assembly on this was awful. Ive put my fair share of furniture together by myself without difficulty over the years. The instructions were non existent, just pictures. The pics combined so many steps and the diagrams were so small that it was a struggle to tell which holes were for lock bolts or the dowels. The dowels were very loosely fitted, necessitating wood glue to serve their purpose to connect and provide stability, and they were so deep on the one side there was very little to fit into the connecting piece. The steps were also poorly sequenced, such that the final steps, like screwing in the top piece resulted in such a tight angle within which to fit a screwdriver, it made it nearly impossible and I doubt it actually went in straight. It would have been fine if attaching the front back bars on the top piece were fine before placing the 3 pieces on top but you dont realize it will be a challenge until its too late. The pre-assembled side pieces arent great either. The vertical slats are sloppy - like they arent well seated - you can see the underlying woodMDF along the bottom and the top has a gap. That isnt my work - it came from the factory like that. Its a pretty cabinet and the kind of piece that would work for just about any room - an accent piece, China cabinet, TV stand, or storage in an office, etc.. Thats why I gave it 2 stars, but it was so aggravating putting it together that I am not in the mood to look at it or put anything into it any time soon. In full disclosure, I received this gratis to evaluate in exchange for my candid review. I would not recommend this item to my aw2friends or family.
