Beautiful desk and nice quality!

While the desk itself is nice, there were several problems with my order. First, the desk, as shown in the picture and in the description, leads one to believe that the ENTIRE desk is included. However, when my desk first arrived, it was missing the L "return." Kindly, the customer service representative set up a new delivery of the desk + the return. Both items came fully assembled, which was not disclosed in the description or online at all. This led to some difficulties getting the desk inside the building and inside the office room. My desk was finally complete and in my office more than 1 month after my original order.

This desk does not come with the desk return as advertised. The box arrived with a torn box and only the main part of the desk. No second box. Apparently, Wayfair only sells the main part of the desk which looks silly and has wasted space on the side the return should be. I am hoping that Wayfair will come repackage and pick up the desk and issue a full refund as this was not as advertised.

It is a nice looking desk, but it is built mostly from fibreboard. Furthermore, I quickly realized that the top surface scratches very easily from just sliding, for example, a mouse. Therefore, I had to buy a desk protector. Still, I'm happy enough with it, even though the quality is less than what I would expect given the price.
