The part that is broken was not sent. It’s a track for the tall drawer. I don’t need any screws.

It's a well made product. It does take a lot of time to put together and one or two of the pictures instructions are a little confusing, but it all goes together pretty well. Everything is labeled clearly so there's no confusion about what part or equipment to use. It includes a screwdriver but I definitely suggest having your own with a more padded grip to save your hands.

This thing feels like it's made of paper. Took several hours. Nice looking but doubt it will last. Also, I cannot find a trash can to fit.

Pros: I really, really love the design, look, and the ease of assembling (it took a long time but I did it myself with the help of my 4yo). It's worked great for us. Cons: The door that you lean out for the garbage can (which is a big part of the reason I bought this in the first place) broke after five and a half months of normal use. It just snapped apart one day, with the screws breaking out suddenly. The warrantee only covers parts for 30 days so we're out of luck, with a broken section that we have to figure out how to repair.

This rack is amazing. It has tons of storage and room for all of my kitchen appliances. It also has three small drawers. Word of caution, the trash can holder is very small so be sure to check the dimensions.
