Good chair and it is comfortable

These are really nice chairs. They sit very straight and you sit pretty high. They are also narrow. We are enjoying them and they are comfortable for us, but some people might find them too high or too narrow. The fabric is nice and comfortable

Material is nice but the chair is really is really small. Not suitable for a tall person.

Perfect size, quality control issues everywhere. The edges of the fabric are pulled super tight where the staples are and loose where they aren't leading to a ripple effect, the back of the chair only locks in on one size causing it to click when reclining, the inside fabric is so delicate that the staples from the manufacturer have cut right through leading to it being loose and getting caught in the mechanisms. I have requested a return but have been given a series of hoops to jump through from providing pics to being told via email the manufacturer needs a video as the photos can't be accepted per their policy, due to Wayfair's file size limits and email file size limits videos are not feasible to provide. All the while I am stuck with this subpar product and being stuck in limbo with no resolution.
