I was very excited with my new Sofa Chase but I am disappointed with few issues 1 . Recliner sofa - Back seat doesn’t fit , hence the recliner not working properly 2. Recliner sofa - Missing some parts in the middle 3. Chase - Steel plate in the bottom came out Please advise how this can be resolved . Fits just right. Exactly what I wanted

I actually haven't received it yet. But I know it will make me smile. I shopped for months before I made my decision. I reviewed every picture of every option that I considered. I just know I made the right decision. Reviews always help. I delayed the delivery. Love having the choice. So convenient and easy. My favorite online store. Purchased several other items in the past. I wanted to praise the first two delivery guys and give them 5 stars but I never received an email to do so. I had to return the first sofa. But was easily returned and replaced. But even though the guys were friendly they weren't quite as top notch as the few ones. I still never received an email to evaluate them either. Disappointed by that.
