This is one of the best pieces I have gotten The delivery men were absolutely fabulous in getting it upstairs and set up. It is one of the most comfortable recliners I have ever had. It has electrical outlets in the arm rest.storage area which is great!!!!

Fabric is soft and smooth, cushioning is firm which is great for bad backs and it is easy to recline in. I’m looking forward to living in my Wayfair room!

I am extremely happy with this loveseat, well made and sturdy. Love the tan color. Delivery was flawless and quick they carries it in and put it all together. Very pleased!

This couch is really nice as a family room couch in front of the TV and media center. My wife and I liked that all three seats reclined, and also that there is a matching loveseat from the same manufacturer: "Manual Console Loveseat". My one complaint is that one of the colors when we bought was mislabeled - we correctly ordered "light grey" but received "natural polyester". After talking with Wayfair, it sounds like the "light grey" color isn't provided by the manufacturer. All three seats recline. The outer seats have pull tabs on the outside and the middle seat uses a lever to the right of the seat cushion. Those controls bring out the footrests and then pushing back reclines the backs. It is very low wall clearance - 6 inches seems about right. It's nice and soft, our cat and dog don't seem to lose a lot of fur on it, and is very comfortable.

We got our original sofa and one side didn’t close. They replaced it which took almost 6 months to get a new one. The delivery people left the old one because their instructions didn’t say to pick it up. Now I am stuck with the old broken one upstairs and it is heavy. Get it together Wayfair!!!! Such horrible customer service on your end.
