It's not comfortable at all. The part that pulls out is okay but the rest is too stiff....you feel like you're sitting on a metal pole. It has given me hip and back problems. I wish I hadn't bought it

UPDATE……Not even six months after buying the couch support bars started breaking now the chaise an loveseat all sag . Total waste of money what a shame……
