I purchased this couch less than one month ago for my mother's home. It has only been used under normal conditions by my mother, who weighs approximately 120 lbs. Unfortunately, one of the back legs has already failed, making the couch unsafe to use. I paid to have the couch professionally assembled, so this is not an assembly issue. Given how little use the couch has had, this appears to be a manufacturing defect. Even more concerning is that this created a serious safety hazard. Thankfully, my senior mother was not injured when the leg gave way, but she very easily could have been. A couch should not fail in this manner after less than one month of normal use. To make matters worse, I have been trying for several hours to initiate a return or refund through your website, but the refund option will not load or allow me to proceed. This has been extremely frustrating. This level of quality and the inability to process a return are beyond unacceptable, especially for a brand-new piece of furniture. I am requesting a full refund or a replacement for this defective couch, along with instructions on how to proceed with returning it. I have attached photos of the damage and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.
