This loveseat is a horror! Hard cushions, overstuffed back pillows that don't allow you to sit comfortably on it. There is velcro on the back pillows but what do they stick to! Even my dog hates it. Impossible to return it. On the TV commercial the furniture arrives fully assembled in a Wayfair truck. We are seniors and had a devil of a time assembling it.
