Why one star? Hmm, the customer support, there is none. I buy the product and it’s great as far as comfort and happiness with the product. Then six months in, taking care of the product in pristine condition the right side quits working. For a bad back not reclining is hell on me, the reason I put out excess money was for a strong durable product. Now I have a paper weight essentially. Can’t sit in it now. Ask a simple question about getting some parts to fix it, no they will not provide that information. The product broke two months ago. Just want to repair it, nope it’s like I’m trying to ask for classified information. They tell me because it’s been so long(8-9 months with the first 5 working great) I can’t even contact the manufacturer to get parts to replace it. So NO do not buy this product, Don’t waste your time or money on this website or affiliates. I’ll buy from a thrift store before I waste a penny on this place. All my customer base will know the same. You can’t provide the SIMPLEST solution to something I don’t need you.
