Love this beautifully made rocking chair. The price was reduced on sale but also upon reading the reviews, I hit the purchase button. It got such great reviews and so I didn't hesitate to purchase. Couldn't be happier with it. Was so easy to assemble. All parts were in great shape and nothing missing. Substantial design. Our other furniture is Ekornes Stressless and mission/Stickley so this is a perfect addition to our furniture collection.

The chair itself is nice but the directions to put the thing together are pretty much non existent. The items are numbered in the directions but the pieces are not. I have put alot of things together this was difficult mostly because the lack of directions. Also two holes were not completed with care and i had to find alternate ways of putting it together~ disappointing to say the least. The cushion is stiff but i am sure that with use that will become more comfortable.

The rocker looks just as handsome in person as the photos! It is sturdy enough to pass down to our grandkids. There was a small missing part and it was quickly replaced with apologies. We were very impressed with your customer service. Would recommend to our family & friends!
