Everything went good with putting it together until I got to the mirror piece the holes went correct and the wood cracked

Worse drawer ever! Instruction is awful, not clear at all! You need to take initiatives to complete it! When you complete the assembly, you will notice the drawers do not close completely! Rail system is completely fail! From the instruction, you cannot understand how you attach there. If you mistakenly put it deeper (it is easy to do that because there are holes for that), you are screwed. You need to detach and attach it correctly and you need to understand to do that! Even if you correctly attach the rails, still you will realize the drawers are not completely closed! Don't waste your money!

Arrived later than expected and had to go buy more screws to complete putting it together

The dresser looks really promising so far. Unfortunately, one of the side panels arrived damaged due to the carrier, so I haven’t been able to fully assemble it yet while I wait for the replacement. That said, from what I’ve seen, the drawer sliders are great quality, very smooth and sturdy, and the drawers themselves are spacious. I’m really looking forward to getting the replacement piece and finally putting it all together.

I wish I could do a 3.5 rating as I waffled between a 3 and a 4. Overall I do like this dresser! Having 3 sections on top, one including a mirror, is a nice feature and the drawer size will be great for baby clothes and supplies. I rated it due to it being super heavy (particle board) and a LOT of work to put together. The guides for the dresser were tough to do and the 3 top sections that open required some adapting to fit right, but the thing that is really disappointing is that the plastic piece that the arm for to hold the mirror section up was stripped. I hope they will consider using stronger plastic in the future as the opening top was the reason I got this dresser.
