Not as easy to put together when the parts don’t align properly. He to slightly bend one side arm to get the back attached. Other than that, it was ok and i do really like the chair. It’s roomy, comfortable, and doesn’t take up a much room as I thought it would. I am enjoying the hear feature, but the massage motor is louder than I like. Overall, it was a great value for the money and I love the styling. I would recommend it.

My wife likes it! It’s not as cushy as it looks like it is in the picture but it’s not bad at all. The recliner moves smoothly and the massager works well albeit a little noisy. The heat is nice and warms up quickly. Installation was EASY, it honestly was harder getting it out of the box. Assembly took all of 5 minutes.

NOT the color shown on the Wayfair website. We DONT LIKE the color at all as it's dark & drab The recliner is electric & works okay for now. Hopefully it will keep working. Having gotten a BAD COLOR, we don't feel that we got what we paid for at all. We paid way too much.

The chair is a stylish addition to my home office/mancave. Assembly was simple and took about 20 minutes. The chair is comfortable and reclining mechanism is smooth. The vibration setting do seem gimmicky and not terribly useful. While some people remarked that the chair is too small or not a big as they thought it would be, I disagree. I am a 6 foot tall 250 pound guy and the chair is wide enough and long enough (although my feet do hang off the end a bit when fully reclined.) At this price point I am extremely happy with my purchase

Love this recliner! Very firm seat which will soften over time. The back gives a lot of support! I have two failed back fusions and this chair is perfect for me. Highly recommend!
