Sofa arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. The sofa is comfortable and everything works as it should. However, there is some color variance in the leather.

I was thrilled the first two major purchases - This one fell short and customer service was not the best. The final blow was the delivery fail that would have put me even farther behind . They went to the wrong house twice

Wondered if the power headrest was worth the extra money.... trust me, worth every penny!! Excellent "full" recline. Softness is a bit on the firm side, which is exactly what my back needs. It's always risky buying without sitting in a chair first, this one worked out perfectly.

We are very pleased with this sofa. The first few days took a bit to adjust to it being higher than our previous sofa and much firmer but now that we have used it for a couple weeks we are liking it more and more each day. The leather is high quality, soft but strong and beautiful. The huge range of positions available, especially with the added power headrest, make it easy to find the most comfortable position. This is definitely a keeper.
