Shopping & making the purchase was great based on selection and price. Delivery was not. I didn't even know this item had been delivered until I heard a noise and saw the guys walking back up the driveway to their truck...

This just arrived. It is comfortable and beautiful. I hesitate to review till I see what the wear is.

The picture misrepresents the leather finish and color. If I could have gotten a swatch I would not have bought it (if the swatch was real). I learned not to buy furniture from an online site that nickel and dimes you over delivery, unpacking and setup. The pillow arms were the feature I was looking for (to match a recliner) and the two arms are not symmetrical so quality control is also subpar. Not a good experience.
