Couch was set up quickly and is firm and comfortable. Arm rest sit a little lower then I thought they would but over all love the loveseat.

Not very firm, came with a stain and the white glove guys put the side arm cushions on wrong and didn’t snap the back down.

Love that the chair also rocks! One of the arms didn’t connect to the chair but Wayfair sent one out with no problem.
