Instruction were dismal and no help. Bed is nice. Wish there was some way to cover all the silver screws and bolts which show after assembly, as these detract from the appearance.

Do not buy this. Poor quality. Forced to choose a star or I would have said zero! I wouldn’t want anyone I cared about risk sleeping on this bed. Built like a prop, not a real bed. Seems dangerous. I sent it right back but the shipping costs are high so buyer beware. Just don’t.

Product is good, but paint on pieces was not consistent. Also shows screws. Should come with nail hide stickers.

Perfect bed for a small space! It is really easy to raise and lower and we were able to fit a 10” mattress on it. Definitely needed two people to put it together!

First impressions, 'You get what you pay for' and that is so true for this product. Built very cheap, warped wooden parts and not painted very well; still worried about the parts to put it together, many bags and inside there are small pieces of paper with the part numbers. Most bags have a couple of different numbers that go up to about 27....there are 13 bags of assembly bolts etc. The bed comes in two boxes stocked with wood, if it doesn't go together well due to the cheap wooden parts, I am really concerned how to repack the material and return it.... If you are looking for something more permanent than I am, buy something and have it installed by a professional outfit and pay more money, you will be happier! T Mine is for a rumpus room and will be adequate; I only bought it as my dog had surgery and needs to be where there are no stairs so it will go in the basement where I will be staying for the next 2-3 months for her recovery. Then it is there if needed when the entire family comes over to visit. Not one of my best investments, that is for sure.
