Shipping was fast, no damage in shipping. However there was a stain type mark on the headboard that did not occur in shipping. We did not have time to return the bed. Easy to set up, and looked pretty good. However, the headboard is not sturdy so I don't know how long this will last in our vacation rental. Also, we ordered Gray and the material is darker and has more black than pictured. I thought it was going to be a lighter gray, not dark gray.
