Delivery was smooth, easy, and quick. Set up was easy. The couch is firm but I’m sure it will soften in time. The pillows took about a day or so to expand. This couch is as described and we have no regrets. Would highly recommend. Material is soft and comfortable. Bed runs short for a tall person but good enough for a nap. Two can sit or sleep on here comfortably.

Plush is so silky, perfect for two people to cuddle and watch a movie. Not long enough to sleep on but so much room for snacks and blankys. Easy to put together. Takes 20 min.

This little sofa is just so adorable. The main cushion is pretty firm but still comfortable. The fabric itself is super soft and plush. The pull out feature is very easy to use and requires very little effort. Assembly was very easy and took less than twenty minutes.
