My first order the bull dog came broken in half, and with other broken pieces. The replacement came in with the glued on cue rack off, and with a pipe in a plastic bag that didn't fit instead of a cigar. When I called they offered me a lousy 10% off, which I took, but now I regret not sending it back and getting a total refund! This piece is definitely not worth the price, and headache!!
