very sturdy stools that I feel comfortable sitting on (being around 300lbs myself)- however, I would caution that these stools seem not as deep as they could be for comfortable long term sitting. As you sit, it feels more like a perch and would be most comfortable with a footrail attached to the bar wall for supporting your legs/feet. That being said- they are very comfortable and will hold up well over time- nice surprise that they arrived fully assembled as well.
