I ordered 5 stools (3 bar stools and 2 counter stools). 4 of the stools were beautiful and seemingly well made. One of the counter stools was build with all of the wrong proportions. I ordered a replacement after waiting almost 2 months, the replacement came and was the wrong color. If I could receive a matching stool to complete my set, my review would be 5 start.

My first delivery of these 2 stools was incorrect--counter height rather than bar height (30"). I called and spoke with a pleasant man who offered to replace with the correct height stools. Second delivery was same--counter height. Called again 3 days ago when I received the delivery and spoke with pleasant woman who would check to see if bar height was available and call me in 2-3 days so I could decide whether to wait for a back-order or choose a refund. I'm still waiting to hear something.
