Chaise Bali

My design client is so thrilled with these four chairs that she actually emailed me two nights ago & said it was heaven to sit in one and put her feet up on another. She has terrible neurophpathy & had me design a new home after her multi-level home of 32 years became too dificult. I am definitely going to look up the manufacturer & see what their other furnishings are!

Great chairs, perfect fit for our table.

This was awful! Defective! And the process to get a refund …horrible. You kept wanting to give me a discount on something that was defective. When I didn’t accept, I could never connect with the resolutions Team and finally learned my first 2 complaints were never submitted by the customer service associates to the resolutions team. When it was finally submitted, they asked for all the information I had previously uploaded and I failed to respond to an email from them, and then you would no longer talk to me b/c the 30 day window for return had passed. Bogus! Awful!

Wobbly legs, sent it back. The weave and seat were very nice, though. The legs need to be redesigned.
