I was extremely disappointed with this purchase when it arrived as it looks cheaply made in person...uhg...now I lose out on $150 to return it so don't make the same mistake as me.

The piece is amazing, each time I look at it, it grows on me more and more, BUT, it is not exactly how it is pictured and not exactly how it appears on the company's website. The delivered piece has three shelves, not two. Besides the cabinet doors on the bottom it also has two drawers. It is also about 6 inches taller than the dimensions of the website. It has a square top and is not, as advertised, pagoda shaped. In all honesty, we didn't realize the differences until after delivery. The piece is stunning, however. I am a bit confusing on how the company did not know this. When it came from China (it is made in a family artisan's collective in Guangzhou, wasn't it inspected? But, the cabinet is marvelous and we are glad we have it.
