His side board came packed very well nothing was broken, and nothing was scratched. The directions were clear and was put together easily with two people. The pieces were also well marked with the instructions. I love the look of it, and I love the fact that you can change the color of the light. It is well made, and I would definitely recommend this product.

Top and main panel is cracked ans definetly wont handle anything placed on top of it. Customer service offered 15% off bc they cant send a replacement panel as its on backorder. However, the product is still in stock and I mentioned that too them that they can send me a new cabinent and I will send it back with the damaged panel. They offered a 20% refund instead and I have insisted I want a new panel to swap out but now they've gone unresponsive.
