Perfect for my needs. I'm 5'2" and short-waisted. Most "normal adult" things are too tall for me. Together with the Basnett Solid Wood Monitor Stand, my computer desk is now comfortable and ergonomically sound. And I can easily play with the height for variety and posture. Assembly was simple and straightforward. The legs and feet came pre-assembled. All I had to do was join the uprights, put in the crank rod and crank, and put on the top. The crank can go on either leg. Note that the steel is thin enough to deform when the bolts are tightened. Keep that in mind and don't over tighten the bolts holding the top to the supports. The good part is the whole thing is not too heavy for me to flip over by myself.
