The design of this desk is good. exactly as the picture looks. Putting it together took time, and three places were challenging to attach. The quality of this piece is mediocre. While screwing in metal pieces, the white coating on the wood almost always chipped. These areas are not visible when desk is together, so I wasn't so concerned.. However, one corner of the top of the desk, which is totally visible also had a little chip in the white paint that is visible, and wasn't seen until the whole thing was put together. Ordering white out. Overall, the desk works, it is a good size, the storage is good, the electrical outlet and usb ports are nice, but I do not expect that it is going to hold up well over time. At the price it is, maybe that is just part of the deal?
