I had been looking for the perfect desk for my home office for months! I finally decided on this one, even though I was a little hesitant because of the mixed reviews—but I’m so glad I went for it. I am able to fit my personal Mac, my work laptop and external monitor on it and still have roomI love that it has extra shelves and a storage area tucked under the L-shaped part of the desk. I was initially worried about the drawers being made of fabric, but they’re surprisingly sturdy. I have a few heavier items in them, and they’re holding up really well. I couldn’t be happier with this desk and would definitely buy it had been looking for the perfect desk for my home office for months! Good desk, brittle around the bolts beware

Perfect for my office needs. I have a scanner, printers, and my laptop,plus all the small office needs. easy to put together,perfect size, easy to clean. I love it!

Reasons for the three stars: 1) The drawers are cheap. Only good for lightweight items and there is no support to them when pulled out. Honestly, shelves or cubes would be better in this section of the desk unit. 2) While the instructions are easy to follow, there are a few tight spaces when tightening screws with an allen key - just a "PITA" if you want to know the truth. 3) One of the shelves came with a small chip in the corner - I will touch up with some paint 4) Since the design is reversible, there are two very visible screw holes on the surface of the printer shelf. It would have been nice if the company included plugs or covers for these - considering the price of the unit. I put this together myself and it did take two hours. It would have gone a lot quicker if I had gone out to the garage and grabbed the power tools, but I like to do things the "hard way" evidently. There were a few times I shouted some colorful words, but every piece was labeled and there was extra hardware in the box. Overall, I would say that this desk unit should cost $125 max. . .not $185. s together myself and it did take two hours.
