Better than expected - seems high quality & was easy to assemble! The color is definitely a sand (beige/cream textured).

I used to think that fabric sofas got dirty easily. Although I’ve replaced my sofa a few times over the years, this is the first time I’ve found one that offers such great value and is resistant to stains. It excels in both functionality and the color of the fabric. I often found sofas uncomfortable because the seat depth was too deep, but this one is just right—making it incredibly comfortable.

The headrest mechanism doesn’t work properly, delivery was not white glove!! Leg was damaged, wayfair has awful customer service and the item was expensive, the color is beige.
