I think I had one of the best experiences with Wayfair. To start, delivery was on time, I bought the assembly, so the person that was going to put the dresser together, found a discrepancy with one of the important parts, that without, it was going to be impossible to finish the job. Jermaine, called customer service to inform them of what was happening, so that Wayfair could adjust the price, because of the problem, and then proceeded to fix the problem so that I didn’t had to return it and wait more time for my dresser, and just like that I was taken care of. Jermaine ‘s profecionalism and experience aloud me to have my product, like I expected. I n my experience, this is a quality on a individual that you don’t see anymore.

This is a piece of junk!!!!!! Did not last longer than 4 months !!! Drawers would not properly close, this was put together so carefully too! Oh and can’t forget the lightbulbs on one side are all not working. Do not buy!!
